After receiving your enquiry, one of our ecologists will review the information and respond within two working days. For straightforward projects, we can often provide an indicative quotation at this stage.
For larger or more complex sites, we may recommend a brief telephone discussion to understand the project fully before providing a detailed fee proposal. There is no charge for initial consultations.
Once instructed, we will confirm the programme of work in writing, including survey timescales, deliverables and payment terms. We aim to be transparent about what is included and any circumstances that might affect costs.
